Excellent location and great facilities. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. Pool area is beautiful and a great place to sit with a drink and unwind after the day. Room was a great size and the bed was comfy. Loved that there were laundry facilities, makes a longer stay so much easier.

The beds are comfy, the swimming pool was amazing especially after returning home from Otehei island. This is one of my regular accommodation venues whenever i stay in Paihia. A very nice place to stay with family or as a couples weekend away. It has its own restaurant too.

The help and support I received from Janine and her staff in the restaurant area for breakfast and dinner, I enjoyed all the meals in the restaurant price range was satisfactory the service was incredibly satisfying your chef was amazing. Janine was very supportive professional and helpful recommend her work ethic so welcoming the customers. Awsome staff member, I will come back to Kingsgate any time hopefully very soon..... I thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant, so did my Mum, who travelled with me. Sadly we were the only diners. The Autolodge has a great central location which is an easy walk to the shops and the wharf.

Beds very comfortable and location was great. Breakfast was included in the accommodation and was very nice - couldn't fault it and good value.

Convenient that it's close to everything. We didn't need to drive in our car to go get food or supplies. Love how its just infront of the sea. Check in was fast and easy. Got in our rooms with no problems, easy to access. Relaxing stay.

The hotel is nicely located with the wharf, restaurants and all the amenities nearby. The rooms were nicely setup, clean and well maintained. Staff were amazing to deal with throughout our stay and were extremely helpful towards our need.

Stunning location, as a single woman travelling alone I felt safe walking around the property. Clean tidy room with clear instructions on everything I needed to know.
